MTSI Speaks at The 55th Annual SFTE Symposium

MTSI Senior Flight Test Engineers, Alexis Towne and Justin Verde, will speak at the 55th Annual Society of Flight Test Engineers Symposium (SFTE) in Seattle, WA this Thursday, October 17th.

Lack of effective communication between the multiple constituents of a team can derail a flight test campaign. The FTE is in a unique position to recognize when communication is failing and keep it from worsening. This presentation gives the FTE a background in effective communication and a set of tools to facilitate it.
