MTSI Presents at Annual Computer Security Applications Conference (ACSAC)

MTSI Sr. Principal Scientist (AMD), Ivan Fernandez, presented at the Annual Computer Security Applications Conference (ACSAC) on December 12th. Ivan’s research investigates data poisoning attacks against a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)-based university chatbot from a red team perspective. The adversarial risks associated with generative AI are often overlooked because of the immense optimism and lack of understanding behind the technology. Ivan’s research blends together key strategies from multiple capability focus areas (CFA) including AI/ML, CPS Cyber, and DevSecOps&Cloud.
