MTSI Awarded Air National Guard ARTEMIS Contract

 

The Air National Guard Readiness Center Innovation Office (ARCWERX) awarded Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) a $625M Task Order under the OASIS Multiple Award IDIQ Contract for ARCWERX Research, Test, Evaluation, Modernization, and Innovation Support (ARTEMIS). This action operates through the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS), Air Force / Navy / Space Force.

“MTSI’s award-winning, nationally recognized leaders in Tucson are excited to start this ARTEMIS contract with ARCWERX,” said Vance Drenkhahn, MTSI Executive Vice President, Defense Services Division. “With a mission-centric culture, they look forward to working nationwide on this ARCWERX mission in the air, space, and cyber domains.”

MTSI will provide ARCWERX, the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve’s innovation hub, with overall Task Order program management and Technical Direction Letter (TDL)-level management. In addition, MTSI and its teammates will provide over a dozen Government mission partners from across the Department of Defense with technical and engineering support services including innovative research and development, subject matter expertise, software development and testing, digital engineering, mechanical engineering, aircraft and aerospace systems integration and testing, mission concepts of operation, training, prototype test article development and limited procurement and related special studies to demonstrate and assess aerospace and ground capabilities and techniques. The task order’s period of performance includes a base year which begins on 7 Jan 2025, with option years extending through December 2029.
