To assist our customer with maintaining and tracking variances within their project’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), MTSI developed a tailorable metric-tracking tool that allows for trends to be created indicating program health and potential delays.
Metrics include cumulative planned versus actual start and finish dates, as well as, delinquent starts and finishes, how many of the delinquencies fall on the critical path, and schedule volatility. Critical Path Length Index and High Duration Float and Task Durations are tracked which help identify where more schedule detail is needed and where resource loading can be adjusted if necessary.
