MTSI serves as the primary architect and author for a federal government customer’s acquisition policies, instructions, and manuals. In addition to acquisition policy development and oversight, our staff is the primary headquarters-level point of contact for RFIs and coordination with external agencies. MTSI staff supports the highest priority acquisitions.
