Air Force Awards $33.16 Billion Research and Development Contract
The United States Air Force awarded MTSI placement on the $33.16B indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for research and development services under Pool 1 of the Information Analysis Center program.
“The IAC MAC contract vehicle win enables MTSI to significantly expand our role as a leading large business services/solutions prime solving DoD challenges of national importance,” said MTSI CEO, Kevin Robinson. “We have a long history as a subcontractor on IAC MAC and look forward to furthering our industry partnerships. Per an announcement on Defense.gov, “this contract, managed by the 774th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, supports the Department of Defense’s research and development efforts through the DOD Information Analysis Centers Program.” Work will be carried out at various locations as specified in task orders, with completion expected by September 29, 2027. The contract was competitively awarded, with 13 bids submitted.
