Dayton Business Journal Names MTSI Best Place to Work Honoree

The Dayton Business Journal named MTSI as a Best Place to Work Honoree. This is the ninth nomination for MTSI as a best place to work or top workplace in the Dayton market. In 2019, MTSI won the Medium Business category. The 2020 Best Places to Work awards event will take place on June 23 at Sinclair Community College.

Employee Hannah Harwell, an office manager and proposal specialist, said the company’s core value is making sure employees come first.

 

“We have outstanding employee benefits including a semi-annual bonus program, top medical benefits and an above industry average 401(k) contribution,” she said. “We focus on charitable giving by supporting local communities and celebrate our company achievements and employees with many social outings during the year.”
