MTSI provides engineering services and technical assistance supporting developmental and operational test and evaluation (DT&E / OT&E) activities and major exercise training. Our services include the breadth of test support from developing Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), Integrated Test Plans (ITPs), Program Introduction Documents (PIDs), detailed test plans, test conduct, data reduction, data analysis, and test reporting.
MTSI uses the Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) Test Plan Preparation Guide to develop detailed test plans and write detailed test reports. Our test pilots and engineers use the Test Plan Working Group (TPWG) process to formulate the test project Critical Technical Issues (CTI) / Critical Operational Issues (COI) needed to properly scope a test and derive detailed measureable test objectives.
