1. Employees Come First


Yes, employees come first. Not customers first, not quality first. We believe that if we hire the best individuals and that if we take care of them by providing high-tech, interesting, difference-making work of national importance; they will in turn do the right thing for our customers. We seek people who see the glass as half full, that problems are opportunities, and who are driven to find new ways to break through technical and process obstacles.
