
MTSI's Business and Financial Management capability area provides business operations support to the strategic planning, budget preparation, budget analysis and execution, and cost estimating of federal customers, such as Department of Defense organizations and the Department of Homeland Security. Our personnel are familiar with programs and approaches such as the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System; Program Objective Memorandum processes; the full lifecycle acquisition systems for weapons, information systems, and firmware; developing, evaluating, and assessing acquisition and logistics policy and processes; business case analysis; risk assessment; Total Cost of Ownership analysis: and Earned Value Management, among many other competencies. We partner with our government customers to assist them in optimizing their resources and appropriated funds to best support the delivery of their systems or programs.
